AutoRek, a provider of AI-driven automated reconciliation and financial controls software, has established a Miami office as part of its expansion across North America, according to Mondovisione. The move positions the fintech company to tap into South Florida's growing financial services hub, which has attracted major investment firms, hedge funds, and wealth managers in recent years.
The company has appointed Gil Johnson as Sales Director, with responsibility for building relationships with hedge funds and alternative investment managers—sectors with significant presence in Miami and throughout South Florida. James Inskip joins as Sales and Relationship Manager focused on banks and wealth managers. Both executives will support AutoRek's existing operations in New York while developing the Miami market.
The Miami expansion reflects broader fintech interest in South Florida's financial ecosystem. AutoRek's focus on reconciliation automation and compliance controls aligns with growing demand from local institutions managing complex portfolios and navigating regulatory requirements. The hires signal the company's confidence in Miami's potential as a regional hub for financial services innovation and growth.
